SWEETCORN/ BABY CORN sweetcorn

Recognizable by their light yellow kernels, baby corn cobs are about 2 to 3 inches in length and are eaten whole.

They have a delicious sweet nutty taste and are a good source of vitamins C and B1 as well as being high in fibre.
Cooking Methods
Boil whole for 5 minutes, serve with melted butter and black pepper as a side vegetable or starter.
