Cooking Methods

Celeriac should be placed in lemon water prior to cooking to prevent it from turning black.

Cook in boiling water for 25-30 minutes and serve with white sauce, or fry in butter. It can also be used raw, grated and mixed with mayonnaise as a salad, but it is better sliced and blanched first.
