1) Trays should be strong, handles in good repair. |
2) Trays should be thoroughly washed, dried and placed upside-down on clean racks. |
3) Ovens should be cleaned whilst warm with hot soapy water and a mild abrasive. |
4) Oven trays and spits need to be thoroughly soaked before washing. |
5) Ovens are inspected regularly and any fault discovered by the user must be reported immediately. |
