There are three methods of Grilling: |
(1) Over heat (true grilling) e.g. Charcoal, barbecues, gas or electrically heated grills. |
(2) Under heat - Gas or electric salamanders (oven fired grills). |
(3) Between heat - Electrically-heated grill bars or plates. |
