SAFETY

(2) Take care when transporting cooked foods from a grill or salamander.
(3) Never place equipment on top of a heated salamander.
(4) If flames burn out of control due to a mixture of oil and water based juices, turn the gas or power supply off. Take care not to put yourself or others at risk.

(6) When lighting a gas grill or salamander, take the lit wax taper to the grill and then turn on the gas supply, not the other way around.
