STORAGE
A fish box  contains ice and is used for storing fish Fish should be stored correctly in a fish box containing ice, where it will keep for up to 3 days.
Do not wash fresh fish when it is delivered. It should be placed in the fish compartment of a fridge or on a tray away from other foods, preferably at the bottom of the fridge.
Fish should be stored at a temperature above freezing point.
Fresh fish not used within 24 hours of purchase should be deep frozen having been wrapped in oiled paper and marked clearly with weight/portions and type of fish. It is important to always date each package seperately.
