are two main types of pasta both of which

Dried
Pasta
Fresh home made pasta is
known as pasta fatta in casa (home made
pasta).
Dried pasta is known as
pasta ascuitta.
Differences between the types
There are differences in taste between
the 2 types. For example, fresh spinach
pasta has the finish of rich marble
and the flavour is distinct, whereas
dried spinach and tomato pasta tends
to have a slightly bland taste.
